We only use cookies that are essential to run our websites, plus Google Analytics if you agree to it. This policy covers pacwebhosting.uk, billing.pacwebhosting.uk and help.pacwebhosting.uk, all run by PAC WEBHOSTING LTD (company 06221654, ICO registration ZA343655).
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage and tracking pixels, are covered by this policy too. Some are essential for a site to work. Others help the site owner understand how the site is used.
How we use them
- Essential cookies keep you logged in to the client area, keep your basket during checkout, protect our login pages and forms from bots and spam (Cloudflare Turnstile), block malicious traffic, keep your conversation with the AI help assistant on our help site going as you move between pages, and remember your cookie choice. The law allows these without consent, and you can’t switch them off through our banner.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager) tell us which pages are visited and how people find us. They’re only set if you click “Accept” or turn analytics on in Cookie settings. Google may process this data in the USA (see our Privacy Policy, section 6).
We don’t use advertising or social media tracking cookies.
Changing your choice
Use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any of our pages to change or withdraw consent at any time. Your choice applies across all our subdomains. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the client area won’t work without essential cookies.
