Is it possible to set my domain to not automatically renew?
Yes, you can let our system know really easily if you no longer require a domain name.
In addition you can also let it know you do if you have previously told it you did not.
How do I do it?
Setting a Domain Names Auto Renewal Status
If you no longer require a domain name you can let us know by managing its auto renewal status.
You can also use this guide to learn how to turn auto renewal back on.
Navigate to https://pacwebhosting.uk/mydomains
Find the domain name you would like cancel or re-enable by clicking on “Active” at the end of the relevant domains line.
To change the Auto Renew status click “Auto Renew”
If you no longer require the domain name then click “Disable Auto Renew” *
* Please note when auto renew is disabled we do not generate an invoice near the due date.
If you have changed your mind and would like the domain to auto renew then click “Enable Auto Renew” **
** If an invoice for renewal had already been raised when you disabled auto renew it will have cancelled the invoice also, you will need to manually renew your domain here:-
Important information:
It’s very important to know once you set a domain as do not auto renew that we do not send you an invoice.
Once you do this it’s letting our system know you no longer want the domain name so we do not recommend you use it for any other purpose.
Also it can sometimes be more expensive/impossible to renew once time has passed after its expiry date so please exercise care.
