Once logged in you need to select from the menu >> Domains >> My Domains
You will now see a list of your domains, select the one you want by clicking the spanner icon at the end of the domains line.
On the next page you will see a manage menu on the left hand side, click “Release Domain”
You will now be able to see the field to enter the IPS TAG for the provider you want to transfer the domain to.
Once you have entered the new IPS TAG click “Release Domain”*
*Please Note Once you click Release Domain the domains IPS TAG is instantly changed and transferred to your new provider which is not reversible so please take care, once the domain is released it is no longer available to be managed in your client area.
Please also ensure the new provider knows to expect your domain this is usually achieved by placing a transfer in order for the domain with your new provider.
