Transferring your domain to PAC is a simple process, however before you start you will need to obtain your domains EPP Code and unlock the domain transfer lock for each domain you would like to transfer*

*Please Note You unlock your domain and obtain the domains EPP Code from the domains current provider.

Once you have done this please visit our domain transfer in page HERE

On that page enter the domain name you would like to transfer in and click “Add to Basket” and also enter the relevant “EPP / Auth Code” into the space provided as your domain cannot transfer in without it.

On the next page click “Continue” ignoring the information in the nameserver fields as the domain will transfer to PAC keeping the nameservers it has at the point of transfer.

You are now at the “Review & Checkout” page, If you would like to transfer any more domains then click “Transfer in a Domain” in the left hand menu and repeat the process until you have enter all domains to transfer**

Once you have all the domains entered that you want to transfer and you are back at the “Review & Checkout” page now click “Checkout” and follow the checkout procedure, if you already have an account with us you can login or if not you will create an account during the checkout process.***

**Please Note If any of the other domains you would like to transfer ARE of the type .uk .co.uk .org.uk .me.uk .ltd.uk you can find that process HERE

***Please Note Once you have completed checkout the next step is to keep an eye out at the domain registrant email address for an approval to transfer email, this is part of the security checks done before a domain can transfer to PAC.

Once the email arrives and you have approved the transfer the next step is the losing domain name provider will also be sent a request to transfer the domain, once they approve it the domain transfers to PAC and we will send you an email to let you know we have received it within an hour after we receive it.****

****Please Note If you do not receive your approval to transfer email within 2 hours please check your junk/spam folders, if it is not there please double check with the losing provider the registrant email address to make sure you are checking the correct email address.

If after you have checked spam/junk and confirmed it is the right email address you have still not had the approval email please open a ticket with us HERE with a subject of “Transfer approval email not received” giving full details of the domain name(s) involved and we will assist.

Additional information Transfers can happen in hours if you approve the transfer email and the losing provider does however it can take longer and the holdup is almost always the losing provider so transfers can sometimes take a few days until they approve.

If you have received the transfer email and have approved the transfer please leave it at least 96 hours before contacting us for an update, as long as you have approved the transfer then any delay after this is almost always waiting on the losing provider.

After 96 hours if you have still not had the transfer complete email from PAC despite approving the transfer please open a ticket with us HERE with a subject of “Transfer status request” giving full details of the domain name(s) involved and we will provide you with an update.
