Can I check emails I have sent have not been blocked?
Yes you can do this easily from within cPanel
To learn how to login to cPanel please see our article
Why do you filter outbound emails?
It is necessary to filter outbound emails to check for spam sending otherwise the server you are using may find it’s mail sending IP on a sending blocklist where all outbound emails are blocked.
This has historically been an issue in the hosting industry however the simple solution is to filter the outbound mails for spam and block them accordingly at source.
How do you do this?
Imunify Email scans your outgoing email messages for potential spam content, If Imunify Email determines that a message likely contains spam, it places it in quarantine to avoid spam being sent.
You can then view these quarantined messages directly from your cPanel account, and release them for sending if they were incorrectly flagged.
