How quick is everything setup?
As soon as payment is made we then setup both shared hosting within a minute and dedicated hosting within 1-2 minutes.
Is the free domain registered in my details?
The free domain provided with some plans and selected payment terms is registered with the details you provide.
How do the free SSL certificates work?
Free SSL certificates are issued automatically when a domain is being hosted from a shared or dedicated hosting package to enable secure sites for your visitors.
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
We do and our guarantee is simple, if for any reason whatsoever you do not want to continue your hosting package in the first 28 days of your plan you can have your money back.
Is your support 24/7?
Support is provided 24/7 with a response within 1 hour and usually a resolution also within that time. Some queries can take longer than others but most are resolved quickly.
Are the dedicated hosting plans fully managed?
All the dedicated plans are fully managed however full root access is also provided if you prefer to manage your own with PAC as backup if you need us.
How do I request technical support?
You can create a support request from your Client Login menu by clicking "Open Ticket" or directly HERE. You are required to login to make support requests so we know the request has come from the account holder.
How do I add internal departments/contractors access to our account?
You can invite users to your account and give only the permissions you want to for example allow your accounts to view invoices but not manage your hosting, or a 3rd party helping you with your website to manage your hosting but not see your invoices etc. You can read more information on this HERE
How do I log in to manage my account?
Your hosting packages, domains, invoices and support system are all accessed by accessing the Client Login page.

Why do you plant trees and offset carbon?
